Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Nodebook account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below.

Delete directly in the app
The fastest way. Open Nodebook, go to:
Settings → Account & Cloud → Log out
Logging out removes your session. To permanently delete all cloud data, send us an email (Option 2).

Request deletion by email
Send an email to thejungleee@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Delete my Nodebook account
- The email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
Permanently deleted
- Your account (email & user ID)
- All mind maps and projects
- Cloud-synced notes and nodes
- App settings stored in the cloud
Not affected
- Documents stored on your device
- Local (offline) data not synced
- Bug reports (retained up to 12 months for diagnostics)
Note: Deleting your Nodebook account does not automatically cancel
an active Max subscription. Please cancel it first in the app (Settings → Account → Cancel subscription),
or email thejungleee@gmail.com
and we'll cancel it for you, before requesting account deletion.
