Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Nodebook+ subscription. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if:

After the 14-day window, refunds are not issued for the current billing period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

2. Subscription Renewals

Nodebook+ subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). Renewal charges are non-refundable unless there was a technical error on our part (e.g., double charge, billing system failure).

To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel from within the app (Settings → Account) or by contacting us.

If you purchased a Nodebook+ subscription through Google Play, refund requests must be submitted through Google Play's refund process. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for Google Play transactions directly. Visit Google Play refund help for instructions.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Nodebook+ subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to Nodebook+ features until the end of the paid period.
