1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on every paid Nodebook purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

No conditions. No exceptions. No processing fees deducted. You do not need to explain why — simply ask, and we refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at thejungleee@gmail.com with the email address you used for your purchase.

We process every refund request within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment provider, Paddle.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Renewals

The Nodebook Max plan is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) so your access continues without interruption. You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

To cancel: open Nodebook → Settings → Account → Cancel subscription, or email us at thejungleee@gmail.com and we'll do it for you. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to renewal charges too.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes and receipts on our behalf. Charges may appear on your statement as "Paddle" or "Paddle.net".

5. Purchases Made Through App Stores

If you purchase a Nodebook plan through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, that transaction is handled by the store and its own refund process applies. Contact Google Play or Apple to request a refund for those purchases.
